Before becoming a Certified Circuit Civil Mediator, Earl served as a senior executive in corporate settings on a broad range of management and legal issues, human resource matters, finance, budgeting and strategy.

Earl has negotiated real estate transactions, cross-border agreements and loan transactions, and helped structure royalty agreements, sales agreements, employment contracts, leases, major insurance underwritings, construction agreements, collaboration agreements, consulting contracts and business acquisitions.
